Antonio Oton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zacarias Lastur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Oton having to interfere. Esquiú AFC's Antonio Oton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Esquiú AFC from getting a goal against them. Zacarias Lastur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Antonio Oton made a huge save. Constantino Baumer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinicio Sandalio, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Elias Raphael's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Antonio Oton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Elias Raphael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Oton having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Desaguadero's Danilo Rosalio got a free kick in the 28th minute. After 29 played minutes, Esquiú AFC's Rolando Rutenio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Constantino Baumer came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Esquiú AFC reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Dario Perrando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Esquiú AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dario Perrando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Constantino Baumer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Constantino Baumer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Perrando in the 36th minute of play. Desaguadero's Constantino Baumer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinicio Sandalio in the 37th minute of play. Zacarias Lastur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Oton having to interfere. If Zacarias Lastur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Christian Arano fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Desaguadero's protests and gave Christian Arano a yellow card for diving instead. Christian Arano hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The wind increased when Elias Raphael made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Vinicio Sandalio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Esquiú AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vinicio Sandalio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Constantino Baumer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zacarias Lastur scored 1-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Antonio Oton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 63 played minutes Vinicio Sandalio rounded Desaguadero's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. Desaguadero's Zacarias Lastur got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Antonio Oton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zacarias Lastur, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Desaguadero's Constantino Baumer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Desaguadero from getting a goal against them. 90 minutes into the game, Esquiú AFC's Dario Perrando nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Constantino Baumer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. After 94 minutes of play, Desaguadero's Elias Raphael made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Antonio Oton was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
