Oscar Celio kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th minute Tobias Ponc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Gaur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Camilo Eufemio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Remigio Tiadoro made a huge save. Augusto Gorbea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Augusto Gorbea was the one to do the kick off. If Tobias Ponc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Tobias Ponc came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the FC Urquiza United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tobias Ponc couldn't finish the play. Santos Rainerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patricio Gaur having to interfere. Tobias Ponc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Patricio Gaur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the FC Urquiza United defense, Augusto Gorbea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Remigio Tiadoro.
