Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Haroldo Canor got the match started through his kick off. Geronimo Lopes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Arnulfo Tabb tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6th match minute, Unión was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amado Corderro to maneuver through the defense. Amador Godoy took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnulfo Tabb. Arnulfo Tabb dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Albino Franco fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Olivos AFC's protests and gave Albino Franco a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Unión booed when Olivos AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albino Franco didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Amador Godoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 19 minutes into the match, Amador Godoy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnulfo Tabb. Unión's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amador Godoy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 21 minutes into the game, Danilo Blasco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Olivos AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Unión the free kick. After having played for 24 minutes, Adolfo Silbestre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unión's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adolfo Silbestre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Haroldo Canor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Olivos AFC's zone, Haroldo Canor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erubiel Mederi came out of the goal and Haroldo Canor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Geronimo Lopes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute, one of Olivos AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Olivos AFC. When Olivos AFC's Amador Godoy in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Unión's goalie prevented a goal. Eleuterio Librado shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amador Godoy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Erubiel Mederi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haroldo Canor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Olivos AFC defense, Haroldo Canor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erubiel Mederi. The Olivos AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erubiel Mederi should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Unión getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Fermin Lalla hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amador Godoy in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnulfo Tabb prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Unión's Adolfo Silbestre got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Olivos AFC's Erubiel Mederi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Silbestre in the 66th minute of play. If Haroldo Canor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erubiel Mederi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Canor in the 72nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Olivos AFC's Danilo Blasco got a free kick in the 74th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Olivos AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Silbestre came free, but Erubiel Mederi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Amador Godoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 91 in the game by Geronimo Lopes from a close distance when the talented Arnulfo Tabb managed to make a qualified save. Unión's players were relieved. If Adolfo Silbestre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haroldo Canor in the 95th minute of play forced Olivos AFC's goalkeeper Erubiel Mederi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Olivos AFC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Unión from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
