Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Zavalla FC's Esteban Bingen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Zavalla FC from getting a goal against them. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Arnaldo Itzaina sped through Morales FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Siro Ramond. The supporters of Zavalla FC booed when Morales FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Rivero didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 24 minutes of play, Zavalla FC's Arnaldo Itzaina made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Siro Ramond was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Zavalla FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Eduardo Gorbea hit a great ball. Fermin Luke, 37 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Efraim in the 39th minute of play forced Morales FC's goalkeeper Siro Ramond to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Siro Ramond showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paolo Efraim, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tobias Bibiano to make the kick off. When Paolo Efraim came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Zavalla FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paolo Efraim couldn't finish the play. The long shot by Arnaldo Ticho in the 57th minute really tested Siro Ramond's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Tobias Bibiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Esteban Bingen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Rivero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafael Rivero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Esteban Bingen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Zavalla FC's Esteban Bingen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Rivero in the 79th minute of play. If Arnaldo Itzaina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Aureliano Liher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Morales FC's Siro Ramond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paolo Efraim in the 84th minute of play. Freddy Arnas's late challenge caught a Zavalla FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Freddy Arnas helped the player get up and apologised. Freddy Arnas kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Rivero in the 90th minute of play forced Zavalla FC's goalkeeper Esteban Bingen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, one of Zavalla FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Zavalla FC. Zavalla FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
