Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ruben Grabiel took the kick off in the first half of the match. Camilo Silviano hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. The Alem FC fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Alem FC's Jorge Torres looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Alem FC's Tomas Bazkoare played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Terciero in the 12th minute of play. In the 15th minute Ruben Grabiel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Bazkoare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alem FC were furious when Camilo Silviano was red carded, 17 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 16th minute of the game. One of Alem FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Simogasta:s goal. Anastasio Fraco walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. 28 minutes into the match, Alem FC's goal looked a bit too open when Herminio Edwardo came free, but Tomas Bazkoare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Norberto Ishmael came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Alem FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norberto Ishmael couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Simogasta booed when Alem FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gualterio Delfino didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Norberto Ishmael made a kick off. After 55 minutes, Lino Senon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alem FC and the Simogasta players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 56 played minutes Alem FC got a freekick which was hit by Lino Senon. The crowd rose to their feet as Ruben Grabiel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tomas Bazkoare. That made the score 1-2 in the 67 minute of play. Alem FC's Tomas Bazkoare proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Alem FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Simogasta booed when Alem FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lino Senon didn't get a good kick on the ball. A throw-in in the 77th minute of the game was made by Anastasio Fraco with Ruben Grabiel as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Lino Senon kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Tomas Bazkoare showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruben Grabiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Herminio Edwardo got free with Tomas Bazkoare in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 86 minutes of play, Simogasta's Herminio Edwardo made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomas Bazkoare was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruben Grabiel in the 91st minute of play forced Alem FC's goalkeeper Tomas Bazkoare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Herminio Edwardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Tomas Bazkoare made a huge save. Simogasta played a much better game than Alem FC and deserved their victory. The Alem FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
