After 11 minutes, Braulio Chale mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caprara and the Salagasta players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Caprara getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Braulio Chale hit a great ball. Domingos Cidro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Bernardino Nuno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albino Veremundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Salagasta's goalkeeper Bernardino Nuno, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 31 minutes, Melchor Checa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Salagasta and the Caprara players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 32nd minute, Melchor Checa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gervasio Garoa had several of the Caprara's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 36 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Lucas Dino as he didn't even see the shot coming. 42 minutes into the match, Caprara's goalkeeper Lucas Dino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gervasio Garoa. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saverio Aguilera got free with Lucas Dino in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When Albino Veremundo came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Caprara fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albino Veremundo couldn't finish the play. Gavino Cayo's late challenge caught a Caprara's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gavino Cayo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 55th minute, Gavino Cayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Domingos Cidro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardino Nuno having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Salagasta's goalkeeper Bernardino Nuno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domingos Cidro. Salagasta's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Albino Veremundo 60 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. When Domingos Cidro came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Caprara fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domingos Cidro couldn't finish the play. If Saverio Aguilera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 80 played minutes Caprara got a freekick which was hit by Braulio Chale. After having played for 82 minutes, Gervasio Garoa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Salagasta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gervasio Garoa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Salagasta's Bernardino Nuno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Salagasta from getting a goal against them. Saverio Aguilera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Dino having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Caprara's zone, Saverio Aguilera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucas Dino came out of the goal and Saverio Aguilera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Caprara's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
