Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Santo Kiliz kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Dario Quintana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustavo Llorienzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Cebo in the 34th minute of the match. Camilo Eliu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gavino Mino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. After 58 minutes, Filiberto Cordera mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bahia Blanca FC and the CRAI players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 57th minute, one of Bahia Blanca FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bahia Blanca FC. If Cristo Bento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CRAI:s Gustavo Llorienzo showed great skill when he stopped Eugenio Gaxan:s penalty. CRAI's Gustavo Llorienzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Benet in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Isidoro Enaut dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gustavo Llorienzo, 0-1. 80 minutes into the game, Genaro Sayvion was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CRAI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bahia Blanca FC the free kick. Gustavo Llorienzo went to the wrong direction when Eugenio Gaxan was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Rafael Cebo struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Gustavo Llorienzo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bahia Blanca FC. In the 87th minute, Miguel Benet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to CRAI getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Atilano Vincente hit a great ball. Rafael Cebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Llorienzo having to interfere. In the 100th minute Camilo Eliu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Mino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristo Bento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 101st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over Bahia Blanca FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than CRAI throughout the match.
