If Dalmacio Jerrald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dalmacio Jerrald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dalmacio Jerrald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Marcelo Euloxu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucio Edorta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute Lucio Edorta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Euloxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Honorio Egun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Angelino Frechoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sayate's Angelino Frechoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvio Orlanda in the 33rd minute of play. Lucio Edorta kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Angelino Frechoso came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Espinillos AFC's Leon Egun. But to his dismay, Leon Egun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Silvio Orlanda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 44 minutes, Lucio Edorta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sayate's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucio Edorta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Silvio Orlanda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dalmacio Jerrald to strike the kick off in the second half. Espinillos AFC's Marcelo Euloxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalmacio Jerrald in the 54th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Leon Egun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Espinillos AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leon Egun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelino Frechoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Angelino Frechoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Egun in the 60th minute of play. Silvio Orlanda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angelino Frechoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sayate's goalkeeper Angelino Frechoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 80th minute, Silvio Orlanda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Angelino Frechoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Egun in the 82nd minute of the match. Leon Egun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Sayate getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Anselmo Ponce hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the game, Florencio Marcones was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Espinillos AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sayate the free kick. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Espinillos AFC had won after a very even match.
