Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Braulio Isauro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amancio Arixo was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Maximiliano Cordarin hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Amancio Arixo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braulio Isauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Braulio Isauro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Amancio Arixo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braulio Isauro in the 29th minute of play forced Frontera's goalkeeper Amancio Arixo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pinas AFC's Anselmo Iratzeder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernan Suarez in the 31st minute of play. Anselmo Iratzeder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Suarez in the 32nd minute of play. If Maximo Macias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the match, Frontera's goalkeeper Amancio Arixo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximo Macias. In the 41st minute, Maximo Macias reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Amancio Arixo. The goal made the score 1-0. Maximo Macias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braulio Isauro in the 46th minute of play forced Frontera's goalkeeper Amancio Arixo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Gavino Montxo in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Anselmo Iratzeder, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Amancio Arixo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Braulio Isauro went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 60 minutes into the match, Frontera's goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Kaxen came free, but Amancio Arixo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximo Macias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amancio Arixo having to make a save. Amancio Arixo came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Pinas AFC's Braulio Isauro. But to his dismay, Braulio Isauro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 70 minutes into the match, Frontera's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Macias came free, but Amancio Arixo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Braulio Isauro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amancio Arixo having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Feliberto Kaxen notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Frontera's Amancio Arixo. Amancio Arixo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marciano Domingues charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marciano Domingues the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 78 played minutes Frontera got a freekick which was hit by Marciano Domingues. Maximo Macias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amancio Arixo having to make a save. 83 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Pinas AFC's Braulio Isauro fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. 87 minutes into the match, Frontera's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Macias came free, but Amancio Arixo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frontera's Amancio Arixo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Braulio Isauro in the 88th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Frontera's Modesto Guter got a free kick in the 96th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Frontera's zone, Maximo Macias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amancio Arixo came out of the goal and Maximo Macias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pinas AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
