Bernabe Vermudo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Platon having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Higinio Haritz in the 21st minute of play forced Rocha AFC's goalkeeper Carlos Romildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 24 minutes, Teofilo Oriol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rocha AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teofilo Oriol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the match, Matorrales's goal looked a bit too open when Bernabe Vermudo came free, but Edgardo Platon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Higinio Haritz made a kick off. Edgardo Platon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernabe Vermudo in the 52nd minute of the match. Geronimo Tano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Romildo having to interfere. If Teofilo Oriol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute, Siro Normando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute, Gervasio Cheche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
