The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Jumeal's goalkeeper Fausto Ovando had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rafael Ereinotz. 7 minutes into the match, Soitué AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Vitin came free, but Froilan Francesco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Soitué AFC's Froilan Francesco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremias Vitin in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, Jumeal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Herrera to maneuver through the defense. Rafael Ereinotz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rafael Ereinotz in the 18thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fausto Ovando, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 24th minute Daniel Farias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Froilan Francesco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Soitué AFC's Constantino Tonete got a free kick in the 26th minute. Rafael Ereinotz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Fausto Ovando firmly grabbed it by the left post. Rafael Ereinotz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Fausto Ovando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Froilan Francesco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Vitin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Soitué AFC's Fermin Sarracino got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fermin Sarracino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Apolo Asier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jumeal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Soitué AFC the free kick. In the 51st match minute, Jumeal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apolo Asier to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Farias's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 59thth minute, Froilan Francesco skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Farias got free with Froilan Francesco in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Soitué AFC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Constantino Tonete hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the game, Daniel Farias cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Froilan Francesco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Jumeal's Jeremias Vitin in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Soitué AFC's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Soitué AFC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Fermin Sarracino hit a great ball. If Jeremias Vitin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Ereinotz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Fausto Ovando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fausto Ovando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fermin Sarracino, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. When Daniel Farias came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Jumeal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Farias couldn't finish the play. The Soitué AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Jumeal's performance. The match ended with a win for Jumeal.
