Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ambrosio Saturnin kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Concepción AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Joseph came free, but Oscar Gonzales reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ambrosio Saturnin was extremely unlucky when he, in the 7th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Concepción AFC's Rosendo Jaen got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabian Hats sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 17 played minutes Pueyrredón got a freekick which was hit by Braulio Patrido. Rosendo Jaen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximo Baraquiel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Maximo Baraquiel came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Concepción AFC's Fabian Hats. But to his dismay, Fabian Hats quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Eliseo Basualdo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 26th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Ambrosio Saturnin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Concepción AFC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Anacleto Laurgain hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Concepción AFC's goalkeeper Oscar Gonzales had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eduardo Joseph. After recieving a nice pass, Pueyrredón's Feliberto Poz tried to score from far away in the 34th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 36th match minute, Concepción AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anacleto Laurgain to maneuver through the defense. Eduardo Joseph sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maximo Baraquiel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosendo Jaen in the 45th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The supporters of Concepción AFC booed when Pueyrredón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Frutos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cornelio Elorri was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 53 minutes into the match. Oscar Gonzales didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eduardo Joseph went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Maximo Baraquiel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosendo Jaen in the 70th minute of play. The supporters of Concepción AFC booed when Pueyrredón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorato Ceandro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eduardo Joseph struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Oscar Gonzales didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pueyrredón. Oscar Gonzales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Joseph, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximo Baraquiel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rosendo Jaen, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
