Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Carlos Colas took the kick off in the first half of the match. Palma AFC's Rafael Joey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Palma AFC from getting a goal against them. Justo Innocenzio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafael Joey was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Carlos Colas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Carlos Colas really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Carlos Colas might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rafael Joey. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlos Colas ran back to his position shaking his head. 24 minutes into the game, Jesus Pitin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Vladimiro Luzea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jesus Pitin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimiro Luzea having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Palma AFC's zone, Justo Innocenzio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafael Joey came out of the goal and Justo Innocenzio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jesus Pitin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Palma AFC booed when Guatraché was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Opilano didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Palma AFC's Rafael Joey got control of the ball when Justo Innocenzio tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Jesus Pitin made the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes Guatraché got a freekick which was hit by Amancio Oxarra. If Jesus Pitin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvio Manny sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 64 minutes into the match, Humberto Bastian had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vladimiro Luzea. Guatraché's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Humberto Bastian was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. When Silvio Manny fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palma AFC's protests and gave Silvio Manny a yellow card for diving instead. Silvio Manny kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute of the match Tiburcio Montae shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rafael Joey showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rafael Joey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Colas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, Palma AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Lisandro Opilano came free, but Rafael Joey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafael Joey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Colas in the 82nd minute of play. When Amancio Oxarra came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Guatraché fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amancio Oxarra couldn't finish the play. When Justo Innocenzio came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Guatraché fans jumped to their feet. Carlos Colas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Rafael Joey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Palma AFC's Rafael Joey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Colas in the 92nd minute of play. Justo Innocenzio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Palma AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
