The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pinamar AFC's Gonzalo Lluciano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermegildo Emesto in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Distiratsu in the 5th minute of play forced Yacanto AFC's goalkeeper Anastasio Bernal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramiro Raymond's late challenge caught a Pinamar AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramiro Raymond helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th minute, Isaac Distiratsu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Anastasio Bernal. The goal made the score 1-0. Pinamar AFC's Saturnino Iaki shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 17th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Anastasio Bernal but with some difficulty. Gonzalo Lluciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermegildo Emesto in the 21st minute of the match. If Ariel Harriet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Isaac Distiratsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the match, Pinamar AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ermegildo Emesto came free, but Gonzalo Lluciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ermegildo Emesto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonzalo Lluciano having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Pinamar AFC's Aristides Francesco got a free kick in the 46th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isaac Distiratsu made a kick off. If Denis Gaueko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isaac Distiratsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anastasio Bernal having to interfere. Yacanto AFC's Ramiro Raymond got his second yellow card of the match in the 62nd minute. The referee ordered Ramiro Raymond off the ground. Anastasio Bernal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Distiratsu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 74 minutes of play, Yacanto AFC's Ildefonso Fe made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gonzalo Lluciano was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Distiratsu in the 82nd minute of play forced Yacanto AFC's goalkeeper Anastasio Bernal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anastasio Bernal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ariel Harriet in the 87th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Jairo Martxelin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Javier Micael was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 88th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Anastasio Bernal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Distiratsu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute, Ariel Harriet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pinamar AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Yacanto AFC for a fine match.
