In the 30th minute, Cristo Dubardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christian Rencio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Narciso Lapurdi made a huge save. 38 minutes into the match, Cholita's goal looked a bit too open when Marcial Sanduru came free, but Guaberto Pes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcial Sanduru struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Guaberto Pes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panaolma FC. In the 47th minute, Hugo Veremundo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
After having played for 54 minutes, Felix Beti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cholita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Beti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guaberto Pes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 87th minute, Marcial Sanduru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guaberto Pes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 92nd match minute, Panaolma FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Veremundo to maneuver through the defense. The Panaolma FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Panaolma FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
