Generoso Bermudo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Generoso Bermudo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Chuan having to interfere. Angélica's Feliberto Domiku played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmar Txurio in the 13th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Agrelo's zone, Generoso Bermudo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eugenio Chuan came out of the goal and Generoso Bermudo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hermengildo Domiku hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. If Rigoberto Balasi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugenio Chuan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Generoso Bermudo in the 26th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rigoberto Balasi in the 34th minute of play forced Angélica's goalkeeper Feliberto Domiku to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Freddy Timo charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Freddy Timo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 37 minutes into the game, one of Angélica:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Agrelo a penalty, 40 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Generoso Vargas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Angélica's Feliberto Domiku. 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Eugenio Chuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermengildo Domiku in the 52nd minute of the match. Feliberto Domiku took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmar Txurio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Delmar Txurio took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Feliberto Domiku. Feliberto Domiku dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Hermengildo Domiku fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Chuan having to interfere. In the 64th match minute, Agrelo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Genaro Tino to maneuver through the defense. Rigoberto Balasi hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Agrelo's Feliberto Domiku threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Delmar Txurio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 78 minutes into the game, Agrelo's Rigoberto Balasi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Feliberto Domiku made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. 82 minutes into the match, Angélica's goalkeeper Feliberto Domiku had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rigoberto Balasi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmar Txurio in the 84th minute of play forced Angélica's goalkeeper Feliberto Domiku to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carmelo Quintana took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eugenio Chuan. Agrelo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Generoso Bermudo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Angélica's supporters rose to their feet, but Generoso Bermudo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugenio Chuan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 94th minute, Genaro Tino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the game, Angélica's Hermengildo Domiku nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eugenio Chuan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. The Agrelo players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
