Bonifacio Olivar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nereo Llope showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedicto Bidari in the 27th minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Saturnino Gonzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ladislao Cordario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonzalo Salamon having to interfere. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manuel Araoz was the one to do the kick off. In the 73rdth minute of the game Ladislao Cordario who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rosario's Gonzalo Salamon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bonifacio Olivar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gonzalo Salamon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. The supporters of Mudana FC booed when Rosario was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julio Abastas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Mudana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Araoz came free, but Nereo Llope reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benedicto Bidari blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nereo Llope having to make a save. In the 88th minute Ladislao Cordario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonzalo Salamon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nereo Llope made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Benedicto Bidari sent off a good shot on target. Benigno Senon charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benigno Senon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Benigno Senon hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
