Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ladislao Cordario kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute Vinicio Thomas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nereo Llope saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 13 played minutes Ascasubi FC got a freekick which was hit by Artemio Refugio. Thanks to some nice moves Bonifacio Olivar could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Abelardo Enmanuel however easily saved by the left post. Bonifacio Olivar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Benicio Aires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vinicio Thomas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bonifacio Olivar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abelardo Enmanuel having to interfere. Abelardo Enmanuel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ladislao Cordario's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. After having played for 41 minutes, Vinicio Thomas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ascasubi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vinicio Thomas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 45 minutes, Casimiro Tolino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ascasubi FC and the Mudana FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ascasubi FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty! In the 48th minute, Mudana FC got a penalty, and Enrique Ixaka placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vinicio Thomas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Bonifacio Olivar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 57th match minute, Mudana FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Olivar to maneuver through the defense. Benicio Aires received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Nereo Llope tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Vinicio Thomas came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Ascasubi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vinicio Thomas couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Benicio Aires managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ascasubi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benicio Aires was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nereo Llope breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 71 minutes into the match, Benicio Aires had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nereo Llope. Mudana FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benicio Aires was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 80 minutes into the match, Mudana FC's goalkeeper Nereo Llope had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benicio Aires. Benicio Aires blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nereo Llope having to make a save. In the 89th minute, Ascasubi FC's Vinicio Thomas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. After a rather tough play, Ascasubi FC's Elpidio Peruanton got a free kick in the 92nd minute.
