Timbues's supporters crossed their fingers, but Virgilio Iratxo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Miraflores FC's Luisito Bermund got control of the ball when Humberto Pagomari tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Virgilio Iratxo in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luisito Bermund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eduardo Sotil was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 55th minute. Miraflores FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Virgilio Iratxo scored 1-2 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luisito Bermund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 64 minutes, Candido Juvenal successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Eduardo Sotil managed to get in a good position for a shot.
