Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marcos Gutierrez took the kick off in the first half of the match. Hipatía's Celso Adrio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Gonsalvo in the 4th minute of play. Clemente Lastur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Celestino Hanot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diego Gonsalvo in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celso Adrio saved Hipatía from getting behind. Denis Sotero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes into the match, Hipatía's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Gonsalvo came free, but Celso Adrio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esteban Silvanito kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Pichanal FC's Denis Sotero got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 37 minutes into the game, Clemente Lastur cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Celestino Hanot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Clemente Lastur was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 42nd minute. Hipatía's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Marcos Gutierrez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Celestino Hanot. That made the score 2-0 in the 45 minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Denis Sotero to strike the kick off in the second half. Diego Gonsalvo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Diego Gonsalvo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Diego Gonsalvo came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Pichanal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diego Gonsalvo couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Denis Sotero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Celso Adrio was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Clemente Lastur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Celestino Hanot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Denis Sotero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Celso Adrio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celestino Hanot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clemente Lastur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75thth minute of the game Denis Sotero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hipatía's Celso Adrio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eliseo Xabat hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Denis Sotero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pichanal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Denis Sotero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celso Adrio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd minute, Denis Sotero made a precise shot to the right of Celso Adrio. Hipatía's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. When Juan Delfino fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pichanal FC's protests and gave Juan Delfino a yellow card for diving instead. Pichanal FC's Celestino Hanot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Gutierrez in the 86th minute of play. If Diego Gonsalvo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 91 minutes, Diego Gonsalvo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pichanal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diego Gonsalvo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Diego Gonsalvo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Celso Adrio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Sotero in the 96th minute of play. The Hipatía support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
