Vinicio Asier in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When Eriberto Moise fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Moteagudo's protests and gave Eriberto Moise a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Tabaquillo booed when Moteagudo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eriberto Moise didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Moteagudo's zone, Amadeo Aznaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carmelo Eutor came out of the goal and Amadeo Aznaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Eustacio Abilio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carmelo Eutor was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. A collision led to Moteagudo getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Santos Artizar hit a great ball. Carmelo Eutor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustacio Abilio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the match, Moteagudo's goal looked a bit too open when Eustacio Abilio came free, but Carmelo Eutor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benigno Furtado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Lisandro Serafo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vinicio Asier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Eutor having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tabaquillo had won after a very even match.
