Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Agustin Tajo started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Espinillo getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Santo Vela hit a great ball. Ariel Gelmiro's late challenge caught a Espinillo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ariel Gelmiro helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 10th minute of the game. One of Quetrequile:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Espinillo:s goal. When the match had been going on for 11 minutes, Espinillo's Gilberto Foro got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Hermengildo Macario. 15 minutes in the game, Agustin Tajo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Hermengildo Macario having to interfere. In the 17th minute Teofilo Cidro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alonzo Perico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Rodrigo Bautista came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Espinillo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodrigo Bautista couldn't finish the play. Agustin Tajo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teofilo Cidro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alonzo Perico having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Espinillo's Rodrigo Bautista got a free kick in the 27th minute. Alejo Xacintu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermengildo Macario having to interfere. After 31 played minutes Quetrequile got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Miliano. Agustin Tajo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hermengildo Macario read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. With a little luck, Quetrequile's Hermengildo Macario got control of the ball when Alejo Xacintu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hermengildo Macario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustin Tajo, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustin Tajo in the 47th minute of play forced Quetrequile's goalkeeper Hermengildo Macario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teofilo Cidro was the one to do the kick off. Danilo Gartzen hit a great ball. 55 minutes into the match, Espinillo's Gilberto Foro broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Alejo Xacintu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Alejo Xacintu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Espinillo's supporters rose to their feet, but Alejo Xacintu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hermengildo Macario breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 64 minutes into the match, Roberto Erdiano notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Espinillo's Alonzo Perico. Alonzo Perico was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Danilo Gartzen kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Alejo Xacintu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermengildo Macario having to interfere. When Agustin Tajo came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Espinillo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustin Tajo couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejo Xacintu in the 73rd minute of play forced Quetrequile's goalkeeper Hermengildo Macario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustin Tajo in the 91st minute of play forced Quetrequile's goalkeeper Hermengildo Macario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute, Clemente Lando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute, Roberto Erdiano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alonzo Perico was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. When the final whistle went the supporters of Quetrequile were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Espinillo side.
