Lino Joey made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Luciano Ponce sent off a good shot on target. Cleto Estevez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Arnau in the 43rd minute of play. Luciano Ponce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Joey having to interfere. Ovidio Erroman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

In the 60th minute, Miguel Arnau reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cleto Estevez. The goal made the score 0-2. In the 63rd minute, Luciano Ponce got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 65th minute, Eugenio Torres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the game, Luciano Ponce cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Lino Joey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lino Joey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ovidio Erroman's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. If Luciano Ponce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidio Erroman in the 77th minute of play forced Ipisca AFC's goalkeeper Lino Joey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miguel Arnau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 87 minutes, Ovidio Erroman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Batavia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ovidio Erroman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Placido Gipuzkoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Estevez having to interfere. The Batavia FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ipisca AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Ipisca AFC.
