If Cipriano Madeo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Clarke's Zeledon Geofredo got control of the ball when Cipriano Madeo tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulises Froylan in the 11th minute of play forced Cóndores AFC's goalkeeper Gabriel Chus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ulises Froylan in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gabriel Chus saved Cóndores AFC from getting behind. 17 minutes into the game, Cipriano Madeo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cóndores AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Clarke the free kick. Cipriano Madeo kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Abarca in the 23rd minute of play forced Cóndores AFC's goalkeeper Gabriel Chus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Cóndores AFC defense, Ulises Froylan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabriel Chus. The Cóndores AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Chus should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cipriano Madeo got free with Zeledon Geofredo in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Clemente Bortzaioriz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Zeledon Geofredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ulises Froylan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Clarke's Natalio Frasquito got a free kick in the 39th minute. 45 minutes into the match, Cóndores AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alejandro Abarca came free, but Gabriel Chus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Alejandro Abarca came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Clarke fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alejandro Abarca couldn't finish the play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Clemente Bortzaioriz to make the kick off. Clarke's Zeledon Geofredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Bortzaioriz in the 51st minute of play. A collision led to Clarke getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Natalio Frasquito hit a great ball. Ulises Froylan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Chus having to interfere. Alejandro Abarca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Gabriel Chus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alejandro Abarca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Chus having to interfere. Gabriel Chus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Abarca, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. During the 61st minute of the match Cipriano Madeo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Cipriano Madeo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Cóndores AFC's Cipriano Madeo got a free kick in the 61st minute. When Clarke's Alejandro Abarca in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cóndores AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Alonzo Lluis kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Clarke's Fernando Oihan tried to score from far away in the 70th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Alejandro Abarca took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Gabriel Chus to make any attempt to save it. Gabriel Chus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejandro Abarca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute Alejandro Abarca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Chus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
