Ezequiel Maiorga kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Roque Rik was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 46th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alejandro Abarca stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Florencio Jax struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Zeledon Geofredo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sébila. 60 minutes into the match, Clarke's goalkeeper Zeledon Geofredo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Florencio Jax. Zeledon Geofredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Paublo in the 67th minute of play. In the 69thth minute of the game Orlando Paublo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Clarke's Zeledon Geofredo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The long shot by Roque Rik in the 75th minute really tested Zeledon Geofredo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The Sébila fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when Sébila's Florencio Jax looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Florencio Jax recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Sébila's Orlando Paublo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zeledon Geofredo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 96th minute Alejandro Abarca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amador Nevada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Sébila left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Clarke.
