Eusebio Eleazar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dionisio Lohitzun's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. The goalkeeper, Adriana Fortun, was totally fooled by Betbeder's Gervasio Orti, who 6 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Eusebio Eleazar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Gaztea in the 9th minute of play. After 13 played minutes Ischilín got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Artizar. Adriana Fortun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Tello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute, Roque Venceslas had to leave the field with a concussion. After 21 minutes, Guillermo Cuartio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Betbeder and the Ischilín players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ischilín booed when Betbeder was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Cuartio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victorio Artizar's late challenge caught a Betbeder's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victorio Artizar helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ischilín's Victorio Artizar got a free kick in the 23rd minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benedicto Tello was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Betbeder's Zeledon Mel got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 55 minutes into the game, Betbeder's Guillermo Cuartio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adriana Fortun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Eusebio Eleazar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luis Gaztea in the 58th minute. Ischilín's Luis Gaztea got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Benedicto Tello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benedicto Tello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adriana Fortun having to interfere. After 72 minutes of play Ischilín's Victorio Artizar was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 72nd minute, Victorio Artizar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benedicto Tello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Adriana Fortun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Cuartio in the 78th minute of play forced Ischilín's goalkeeper Adriana Fortun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Etxahun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Eusebio Eleazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Benedicto Tello managed to get in a good position for a shot. Betbeder's supporters rose to their feet, but Benedicto Tello was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adriana Fortun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zeledon Mel's late challenge caught a Ischilín's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. After 87 minutes, Benedicto Tello made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ischilín's Adriana Fortun tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ischilín's Adriana Fortun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillermo Cuartio in the 92nd minute of play. Betbeder's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
