Ubaldo Lazcano's late challenge caught a Alvear's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ubaldo Lazcano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 9th match minute, Gandofi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ubaldo Lazcano to maneuver through the defense. Jonas Monte made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Vladimiro Ubelteso sent off a good shot on target. Fabio Lordi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Monte having to interfere. Vladimiro Ubelteso struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Jonas Monte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gandofi. Vladimiro Ubelteso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonas Monte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabio Lordi, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Vladimiro Ubelteso might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonas Monte. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vladimiro Ubelteso ran back to his position shaking his head. 30 minutes into the match, Alvear's goal looked a bit too open when Fabio Lordi came free, but Jonas Monte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pastor Bautista stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Eztebe's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. If Joel Eztebe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ladislao Naldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pastor Bautista having to interfere. Jonas Monte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vladimiro Ubelteso in the 41st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Gandofi's Fabio Lordi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonas Monte. That made the score 1-0 after 43 minutes of play.

Jonas Monte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimiro Ubelteso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Gandofi's Fabio Lordi in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alvear's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joel Eztebe got free with Pastor Bautista in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Lordi in the 64th minute of play forced Alvear's goalkeeper Jonas Monte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute, Fabio Lordi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Alvear's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Ubelteso came free, but Jonas Monte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute Fabio Lordi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Monte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabio Lordi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Jonas Monte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Ubaldo Lazcano sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Alvear's Jonas Monte didn't even have to move. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Lordi in the 86th minute of play forced Alvear's goalkeeper Jonas Monte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Eztebe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Pastor Bautista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Joel Eztebe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Alvear's zone, Vladimiro Ubelteso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonas Monte came out of the goal and Vladimiro Ubelteso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gandofi were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Alvear for a fine match.
