Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tadeo Rioja got the match started through his kick off. In the 7th minute, Tadeo Rioja got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Danilo Danel made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Gaston Policarpio sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Piñero FC's zone, Hernan Romo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Astor Gonzo came out of the goal and Hernan Romo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Astor Gonzo came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Calmucó's Joaquin Lehior. But to his dismay, Joaquin Lehior quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Horacio Dino's late challenge caught a Calmucó's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Horacio Dino helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th minute, Horacio Dino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saverio Palban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Danel having to interfere. Danilo Danel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gaston Policarpio in the 30th minute. Saverio Palban kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Piñero FC's zone, Joaquin Lehior stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Astor Gonzo came out of the goal and Joaquin Lehior tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Calmucó's Danilo Danel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Calmucó from getting a goal against them. Ezequiel Francis kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Saverio Palban might have been able to make a better finish in the 49th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Danilo Danel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Saverio Palban ran back to his position shaking his head. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Saverio Palban made a kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Saverio Palban had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Danilo Danel. Calmucó's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Saverio Palban was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. If Joaquin Lehior had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cesar Urbes's late challenge caught a Calmucó's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cesar Urbes helped the player get up and apologised. Cesar Urbes kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Astor Gonzo made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Joaquin Lehior sent off a good shot on target. Saverio Palban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Danilo Danel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Piñero FC's Cesar Urbes got his second yellow card of the match in the 77th minute. The referee ordered Cesar Urbes off the ground. The supporters of Calmucó booed when Piñero FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesar Urbes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnulfo Firmo, 78 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 80 minutes into the game, Saverio Palban was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Piñero FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Calmucó the free kick. After a rather tough play, Piñero FC's Saverio Palban got a free kick in the 80th minute. The long shot by Arnulfo Firmo in the 81st minute really tested Astor Gonzo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Gaston Policarpio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Danilo Danel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hernan Romo hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Piñero FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Calmucó had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
