Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Cululú FC's Victoriano Senon started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Apolo Isidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejo Urritz in the 3rd minute of play. When Matansilla's Leonardo Jurdan in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Victoriano Senon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cululú FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Victoriano Senon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Apolo Isidor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Apolo Isidor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victoriano Senon, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Federico Bastia was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leonardo Jurdan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cululú FC's goalkeeper Federico Bastia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Leonardo Jurdan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Federico Bastia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Jurdan, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The supporters of Matansilla booed when Cululú FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Millrick didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Leonardo Jurdan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Federico Bastia. That made the score 2-0 in the 35 minute of play. Igor Etxeberri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Federico Bastia having to make a save. After 42 minutes, Lisandro Oskarbi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Matansilla and the Cululú FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 42nd match minute, Matansilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lisandro Oskarbi to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Igor Etxeberri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Federico Bastia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th minute Leonardo Jurdan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Bastia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute, Leonardo Jurdan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Apolo Isidor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cululú FC. If Leonardo Jurdan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Igor Etxeberri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Apolo Isidor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alejo Urritz in the 75th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeledon Bizi got free with Apolo Isidor in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alejo Urritz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Victoriano Senon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cululú FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Victoriano Senon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Apolo Isidor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Matansilla getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Gualterio Tirso hit a great ball.
