Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Baldomero Inocente started the match with the kick off. Baldomero Inocente's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anselmo Abalos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Fernando Restu charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fernando Restu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 15 played minutes Watt got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Restu. Mansilla's Gaudencio Ihintza got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 21 minutes, Hipolito Macerio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mansilla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hipolito Macerio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Mansilla booed when Watt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julio Palos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 26 played minutes, Mansilla's Eduardo Chabier shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anselmo Abalos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mansilla reached it. Baldomero Inocente blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anselmo Abalos having to make a save. After 33 played minutes Watt got a freekick which was hit by Ambrosio Stanislao. Mansilla were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Watt's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eduardo Chabier took the corner. The corner led to Mansilla's Nunez Quexal getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Baldomero Inocente managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mansilla's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomero Inocente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anselmo Abalos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Hipolito Macerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hernan Ledesma made a kick off. Arnaldo Lano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Abalos having to interfere. Baldomero Inocente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Anselmo Abalos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Watt's goalkeeper Anselmo Abalos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Baldomero Inocente managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mansilla's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomero Inocente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anselmo Abalos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Hipolito Macerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hipolito Macerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Anselmo Abalos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 70 minutes into the game, Baldomero Inocente recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Anselmo Abalos. Baldomero Inocente showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Watt's Elias Darien got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Augusto Atauri kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Nunez Quexal was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 82 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute, one of Mansilla:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mansilla. If Hernan Ledesma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elias Darien sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Watt's Anselmo Abalos got control of the ball when Eduardo Chabier tried to sneak it across the goal line.
