Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Augusto Clementi started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The supporters of Ayajasco booed when Escoipe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dario Mergildo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lázaro Lano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Augusto Clementi's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. In the 8th minute, Leonel Sotero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Ayajasco's Eustaquio Donostia tried to score from far away in the 9th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A collision led to Escoipe getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Leonel Sotero hit a great ball. Augusto Clementi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ayajasco's Augusto Clementi got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 21 played minutes Escoipe got a freekick which was hit by Constantino Urdin. Rigoberto Guillen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lázaro Lano having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Escoipe's zone, Carolo Lia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lázaro Lano came out of the goal and Carolo Lia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rigoberto Guillen struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Lázaro Lano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ayajasco. Lázaro Lano came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ayajasco's Rigoberto Guillen. But to his dismay, Rigoberto Guillen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Lázaro Lano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rigoberto Guillen, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 36 minutes into the game, Rigoberto Guillen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Lázaro Lano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rigoberto Guillen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Lázaro Lano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Escoipe players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ayajasco were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nicanor Rey stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Augusto Clementi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lázaro Lano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Augusto Clementi in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lázaro Lano saved Escoipe from getting behind. 55 minutes into the match, Escoipe's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Clementi came free, but Lázaro Lano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute, Anacleto Ceandro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lázaro Lano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rigoberto Guillen in the 58th minute. Alberto Sal's late challenge caught a Escoipe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alberto Sal helped the player get up and apologised. Alberto Sal kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Ayajasco's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Rey came free, but Pastor Errolan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Nicanor Rey ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pastor Errolan was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Nicanor Rey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pastor Errolan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Augusto Clementi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lázaro Lano having to interfere. If Ramiro Suarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 73 minutes in the game, Augusto Clementi fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Lázaro Lano having to interfere. Augusto Clementi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lázaro Lano having to interfere. Rigoberto Guillen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th match minute, Escoipe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Sotero to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Augusto Clementi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ayajasco's supporters rose to their feet, but Augusto Clementi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lázaro Lano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Carolo Lia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 90 minutes, Rigoberto Guillen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ayajasco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rigoberto Guillen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Augusto Clementi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lázaro Lano having to interfere.
