In the 9th minute, Gervasio Leoncio made a precise shot to the right of Edgard Donzel. Molinos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Huasán FC's Tiburcio Oto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celedonio Lorien in the 14th minute of play. Tiburcio Oto made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Cristian Rufio sent off a good shot on target. Molinos's Edgard Donzel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogelio Claris in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Gervasio Leoncio notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Molinos's Edgard Donzel. Edgard Donzel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Molinos's goalkeeper Edgard Donzel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edgard Donzel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Claris in the 32nd minute of the match. After having played for 34 minutes, Rogelio Claris managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huasán FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rogelio Claris was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 1-3 became the score in the 42nd minute when Cristian Rufio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After the first half Huasán FC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Gervasio Leoncio made the kick off in the second half. Gilberto Ticho kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rogelio Claris in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgard Donzel saved Molinos from getting behind. Celedonio Lorien fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiburcio Oto having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Molinos's goal looked a bit too open when Gervasio Leoncio came free, but Edgard Donzel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacinto Rey kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. If Gervasio Leoncio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Celedonio Lorien's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tiburcio Oto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Huasán FC were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after Molinos's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Victor Marz took the corner. Edgard Donzel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gervasio Leoncio in the 87th minute of play. If Rogelio Claris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rogelio Clariss short, quick shot in the 93rdth minute got Edgard Donzel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Rogelio Claris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
