Laureano Jerold blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cleto Bernat having to make a save. Venancio Lope charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Venancio Lope the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd match minute, Febre FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Venancio Lope to maneuver through the defense. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laureano Jerold couldn't finish the play. The Febre FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cleto Bernat should have stopped the shot. After the first half Luca were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lázaro Crispo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Denis Olentzaro struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Rafael Montez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Febre FC. When Zeledon Jurgi fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Luca's protests and gave Zeledon Jurgi a yellow card for diving instead. Laureano Jerold struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Cleto Bernat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Luca. In the 58th minute, Ruben Arce got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 63 minutes into the match, Luca's Ruben Arce sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cleto Bernat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Denis Olentzaro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafael Montez having to make a save. In the 70th minute, Febre FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Laureano Jerold fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Laureano Jerold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Montez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Olentzaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th match minute, Febre FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Estevon to maneuver through the defense. Cleto Bernat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruben Arce, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 83 minutes into the game, Baldomero Chesus was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Febre FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Luca the free kick. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cleto Bernat firmly grabbed it by the left post. Laureano Jerold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Cleto Bernat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luca played a much better game than Febre FC and deserved their victory. The Febre FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
