Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Tejedor FC's Denis Eneas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mateo Ascencio charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mateo Ascencio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Tejedor FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Mateo Ascencio hit a great ball. Carlos Ignatius was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 11 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tejedor FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 11th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Sayaco a penalty, 13 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gaudencio Abadie, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tejedor FC's Gregorio Guillelmus. 1-0. Gregorio Guillelmus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilberto Frederik in the 17th minute. If Abelardo Quiroga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th match minute, Sayaco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremias Rameriz to maneuver through the defense. Tejedor FC's Basilio Odilon got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25th minute Basilio Odilon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Montrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abelardo Quiroga in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gregorio Guillelmus saved Tejedor FC from getting behind. In the 29th minute Abelardo Quiroga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregorio Guillelmus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilberto Frederik struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Gregorio Guillelmus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sayaco. In the 36th minute Abelardo Quiroga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregorio Guillelmus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th match minute, Tejedor FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauricio Javiar to maneuver through the defense. Basilio Odilon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gilberto Frederik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Gregorio Guillelmus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abelardo Quiroga to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Basilio Odilon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfonso Montrell was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Gilberto Frederik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Gregorio Guillelmus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Sayaco's zone, Basilio Odilon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfonso Montrell came out of the goal and Basilio Odilon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abelardo Quiroga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregorio Guillelmus having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Basilio Odilon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tejedor FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Basilio Odilon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfonso Montrell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gregorio Guillelmus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Frederik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Basilio Odilon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Florencio Ondino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Alfonso Montrell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Frederik in the 72nd minute of play forced Tejedor FC's goalkeeper Gregorio Guillelmus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Tejedor FC defense, Abelardo Quiroga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gregorio Guillelmus. The Tejedor FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gregorio Guillelmus should have stopped the shot. Gilberto Frederik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregorio Guillelmus having to interfere. In the 81st minute Gilberto Frederik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregorio Guillelmus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 83 played minutes Sayaco got a freekick which was hit by Gilberto Frederik. Cleto Mikolas charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cleto Mikolas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 91st minute, Cleto Mikolas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Basilio Odilon took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Alfonso Montrell to make any attempt to save it. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
