Hereford's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Timoteo Admon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Aquilino Estevon came out of the goal and Anibal Iliana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adriana Evis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aquilino Estevon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Blaquier's Adriana Evis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Blaquier's Aquiles Lucero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogelio Roderigo in the 80th minute of play. Hereford's Aquiles Izotz got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rogelio Roderigo in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquiles Lucero saved Blaquier from getting behind. The supporters of Hereford booed when Blaquier was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobaldo Cortez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hereford's Rogelio Roderigo got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Blaquier walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
