Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ranquelcó's Segundo Bento started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raimundo Nesor in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guido Benvide prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hipolito Ubarna during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ranquelcó's Hipolito Ubarna got a free kick in the 8th minute. Serafin Pirro succeeded in the game's 10th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. In the 14th minute, Cayetano Raitin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Segundo Bento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Clemente Orti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guido Benvide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafin Pirro in the 18th minute of the match. Segundo Bento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Clemente Orti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hipolito Ubarna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Orti having to interfere. Clemente Orti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Bento in the 42nd minute of play. If Cayetano Raitin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute, Segundo Bento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half Inriville FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Clemente Orti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cayetano Raitin, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Segundo Bento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ranquelcó's Cayetano Raitin got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayetano Raitin in the 57th minute of play forced Inriville FC's goalkeeper Clemente Orti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Eleuterio Gaspard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Clemente Orti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cayetano Raitin, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 64th match minute, Inriville FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Cordarin to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the match, Inriville FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Raitin came free, but Clemente Orti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafin Pirro in the 77th minute of play forced Ranquelcó's goalkeeper Guido Benvide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Ranquelcó's Pedro Indar got a free kick in the 79th minute. After 81 played minutes Inriville FC got a freekick which was hit by Leo Nel. In the 84th match minute, Inriville FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eleuterio Gaspard to maneuver through the defense. The referee ordered Hipolito Ubarna off the ground. Pedro Indar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Inriville FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Inriville FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
