After the first half Josefina FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alonzo Enmanuel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Melquiades Lauren in the 55thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Humberto Atauri, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Baltasar Mergildo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Baltasar Mergildo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Baristo in the 86th minute of play. If Melquiades Lauren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melquiades Lauren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Humberto Atauri made a huge save. In the 95th match minute, Maciel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Selmo to maneuver through the defense. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
