Santo Umea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Amadeo Elia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santo Umea in the 11th minute of play forced Stegmann AFC's goalkeeper Amadeo Elia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvaro Bilbo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Jeremias Piarres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute, Ciriaco Nofre fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 34 played minutes Yala FC got a freekick which was hit by Filiberto Raymond. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciriaco Nofre got free with Nereo Lucado in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ciriaco Nofre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Nereo Lucado made a huge save. In the 43rd minute, Yala FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ciriaco Nofre fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 45 minutes into the match, Yala FC's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Jakue came free, but Nereo Lucado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diego Jakue in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nereo Lucado saved Yala FC from getting behind. When Gabriel Benvido fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stegmann AFC's protests and gave Gabriel Benvido a yellow card for diving instead. 60 minutes into the game, one of Stegmann AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ciriaco Nofre scored 1-2 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nereo Lucado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Santo Umea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Amadeo Elia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute Ciriaco Nofre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nereo Lucado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Yala FC's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Jakue came free, but Nereo Lucado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guillermo Eneas hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Filiberto Raymond recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st minute of the match, Alvaro Bilbo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Amadeo Elia was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Nereo Lucado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Jakue in the 82nd minute of the match. Ciriaco Nofre struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Nereo Lucado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stegmann AFC. After 88 played minutes Stegmann AFC got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Gora. Diego Jakue fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nereo Lucado having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Filiberto Raymond got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Yala FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
