After 17 played minutes, Maciá FC's Pascual Cayo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aureliano Elija came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Maciá FC reached it. After a rather tough play, Miraflores AFC's Moises Quilo got a free kick in the 18th minute. Silvestre Ekhi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Aureliano Elija tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21stth minute of the game Silvestre Ekhi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Miraflores AFC's Aureliano Elija was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 23 minutes into the game, Teodosio Chinto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Miraflores AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maciá FC the free kick. In the 23rd match minute, Miraflores AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodosio Chinto to maneuver through the defense. If Silvestre Ekhi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute, one of Miraflores AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Miraflores AFC. Saul Arlo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
