Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fulgencio Naldo got the match started through his kick off. Maximo Farias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Romeo Tabor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Urbano Bernaldo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Independencia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Urbano Bernaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tobias Telesforo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulgencio Naldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After some careless play in the Luro FC defense, Urbano Bernaldo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tobias Telesforo. The Luro FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tobias Telesforo should have stopped the shot. In the 27th minute, Matias Venerando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Urbano Bernaldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Tobias Telesforo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urbano Bernaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Fulgencio Naldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Benito Manex managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benito Manex was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romeo Tabor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Luro FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Independencia were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benito Manex to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Luro FC's zone, Fulgencio Naldo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tobias Telesforo came out of the goal and Fulgencio Naldo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Urbano Bernaldo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tobias Telesforo having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Naldo in the 57th minute of play forced Luro FC's goalkeeper Tobias Telesforo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Silvano Fresco fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Luro FC's protests and gave Silvano Fresco a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Luro FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Silvano Fresco hit a great ball. After 60 played minutes, Independencia's Amador Dorio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tobias Telesforo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Independencia reached it. Independencia's Romeo Tabor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximo Farias in the 63rd minute of play. After 65 minutes of play Luro FC's Silvano Fresco was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Independencia booed when Luro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvano Fresco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Urbano Bernaldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Telesforo having to interfere. Romeo Tabor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximo Farias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Urbano Bernaldo came free with the goalkeeper in the 76th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tobias Telesforo could save by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximo Farias in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Romeo Tabor saved Independencia from getting behind. Fulgencio Naldo struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Tobias Telesforo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Independencia. The supporters of Luro FC booed when Independencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Birjaio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tobias Telesforo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fulgencio Naldo's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. With an all-out effort, Independencia's Tobias Telesforo threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fulgencio Naldo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Urbano Bernaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Independencia's supporters rose to their feet, but Urbano Bernaldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobias Telesforo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maximo Farias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Luro FC booed when Independencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position.
