Thanks to some nice moves Benicio Ramos could shoot a difficult shot in the 9th minute, which Zacarias Jayvier however easily saved by the left post. Zacarias Jayvier was a little too slow when Benicio Ramos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 10th minute. The score was now 2-0. Ivan Guillelme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvio Chumo, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vinicio Pirro got free with Zacarias Jayvier in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 20 minutes, Vinicio Pirro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Puiggari's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vinicio Pirro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benicio Ramos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jorge Abaurre struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Ivan Guillelme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mecoyita. After 27 minutes of play, Mecoyita's Jorge Abaurre made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivan Guillelme was left in no man's land by his defense there! Puiggari's Ivan Guillelme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Abaurre in the 31st minute of play. Segundo Celino charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
