Cosme Vigil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casimiro Cordaryal having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Cosme Vigil's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Casimiro Cordaryal was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Filomeno Cordarryl's late challenge caught a Vipos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filomeno Cordarryl helped the player get up and apologised. In the 17th minute, Prudencio Rami hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Vipos's zone, Nemesio Lehen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agustin Salamon came out of the goal and Nemesio Lehen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice moves Nemesio Lehen could shoot a difficult shot in the 23rd minute, which Agustin Salamon however easily saved by the left post. The audience was convinced that Cosme Vigil's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Casimiro Cordaryal was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Casimiro Cordaryal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arsenio Gaueko in the 30th minute of the match. Chipiscú FC's Casimiro Cordaryal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosme Vigil in the 34th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Vipos's zone, Nemesio Lehen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agustin Salamon came out of the goal and Nemesio Lehen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 39 minutes into the match, Vipos's goalkeeper Agustin Salamon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nemesio Lehen. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Cosme Vigil managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vipos's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosme Vigil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casimiro Cordaryal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

After some careless play in the Vipos defense, Nemesio Lehen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Agustin Salamon. The Vipos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Agustin Salamon should have stopped the shot. Chipiscú FC's Carmelo Argoitz got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Nemesio Lehen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Elias Innocenzio fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chipiscú FC's protests and gave Elias Innocenzio a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Chipiscú FC's Elias Innocenzio got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute of the match Hector Romelio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Casimiro Cordaryal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nemesio Lehen struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Agustin Salamon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chipiscú FC. A collision led to Chipiscú FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Elias Innocenzio hit a great ball. After 87 played minutes Vipos got a freekick which was hit by Cosme Vigil. Ramon Cordeara charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ramon Cordeara the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
