The referee ignored Tehuelches FC's protests and gave Clodoveo Matia a yellow card for diving instead. Clodoveo Matia hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Silverio Fertus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Norberto Mosen's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. In the 45th minute, Gaudencio Sabin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Epifanio Roland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tehuelches FC's Norberto Mosen got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Unión's Arnulfo Txilar got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Norberto Mosen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silverio Fertus having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnulfo Txilar got free with Teobaldo Joseph in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
