Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Aquilino Chucho made the kick off which started today's match. Natalio Berbiz acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 4th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Nicasio Montrell. Urbano Chumo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Urbano Chumo scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cecilio Figueroa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 16th minute, Urbano Chumo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Iguassu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. A collision led to Anzulón getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Cleto Baleren hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute, Alfonso Harri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Urbano Chumo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aquilino Chucho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Natalio Berbiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 31 minutes, Israel Rocendo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Iguassu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Israel Rocendo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 39 minutes into the game, Iguassu's Urbano Chumo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cecilio Figueroa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Urbano Chumo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cecilio Figueroa having to make a save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Israel Rocendo to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Israel Rocendo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cecilio Figueroa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st match minute, Iguassu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Marcones to maneuver through the defense. Urbano Chumo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcelino Llope kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Cecilio Figueroa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Israel Rocendo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Anzulón's zone, Urbano Chumo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cecilio Figueroa came out of the goal and Urbano Chumo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cecilio Figueroa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Israel Rocendo, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. If Israel Rocendo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 88 in the game by Urbano Chumo from a close distance when the talented Cecilio Figueroa managed to make a qualified save. Anzulón's players were relieved. 90 minutes into the match, Iguassu's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Markel came free, but Natalio Berbiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Iguassu's zone, Antonio Markel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Natalio Berbiz came out of the goal and Antonio Markel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Urbano Chumo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecilio Figueroa having to interfere. Iguassu's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
