Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marciano Semeno took the kick off in the first half of the match. Pedernera AFC's Domingos Estevez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marciano Semeno in the 3rd minute of play. Andres Jeraldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pedernera AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rolando Lucian was slow to take the kick. During this time Barrancas's players had a chance to rest. Barrancas's Rolando Lucian was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Domingos Estevez in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 11 minutes into the game, Andres Jeraldo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Carolo Sidoro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Pedernera AFC's zone, Placido Piarres stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingos Estevez came out of the goal and Placido Piarres tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Atilano Ibon came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Barrancas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atilano Ibon couldn't finish the play. In the 24th minute of the match Rolando Lucian shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Domingos Estevez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Atilano Ibon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marciano Semeno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Domingos Estevez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Atilano Ibon got free with Domingos Estevez in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 32nd match minute, Pedernera AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafin Benat to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute of the match Rolando Lucian shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Domingos Estevez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marciano Semeno in the 41st minute of play forced Pedernera AFC's goalkeeper Domingos Estevez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Andres Jeraldo came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Pedernera AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andres Jeraldo couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Atilano Ibon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrancas's supporters rose to their feet, but Atilano Ibon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domingos Estevez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Pedernera AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Placido Piarres charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Placido Piarres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 59 played minutes Barrancas got a freekick which was hit by Placido Piarres. In the 60th minute, Pablo Hermelando reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Carolo Sidoro. The goal made the score 0-2. Marciano Semeno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingos Estevez having to interfere. 72 minutes into the game, Delmiro Eyague was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pedernera AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barrancas the free kick. Delmiro Eyague kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. If Atilano Ibon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domingos Estevez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atilano Ibon in the 79th minute of play. After some careless play in the Barrancas defense, Andres Jeraldo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carolo Sidoro. The Barrancas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carolo Sidoro should have stopped the shot. In the 85th minute, Marciano Semeno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Placido Piarres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingos Estevez having to interfere. In the 90th minute Marciano Semeno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingos Estevez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Atilano Ibon managed to get in a good position for a shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Pedernera AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
