Orlando Mambru kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Baldomero Santio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melchor Lore having to interfere. After 18 played minutes, Laharrague AFC's Astor Cesaro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Melchor Lore came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Laharrague AFC reached it. If Baldomero Santio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jesus Cresencio charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jesus Cresencio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Arturo Bernat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulino Acosta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cayetano Bartolome, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baldomero Santio might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melchor Lore. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baldomero Santio ran back to his position shaking his head. Cayetano Bartolome recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Laharrague AFC's zone, Arturo Bernat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulino Acosta came out of the goal and Arturo Bernat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cayetano Bartolome stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Laharrague AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jesus Cresencio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Cayetano Bartolome kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Melchor Lore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldomero Santio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jesus Cresencio kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. 58 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Laharrague AFC's Hipolito Bento fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Arturo Bernat struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Paulino Acosta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Berisso FC. Paulino Acosta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cayetano Bartolome, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hipolito Bento in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melchor Lore prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Melchor Lore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomero Santio, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 78th minute Hipolito Bento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melchor Lore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute Cayetano Bartolome shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulino Acosta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeremias Ceandro charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jeremias Ceandro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th minute, Jeremias Ceandro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arturo Bernat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Paulino Acosta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
