Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Erubiel Rodriguez took the kick off in the first half of the match. Hilario Eufemio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Santos Sesuldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santos Sesuldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hilario Eufemio in the 9th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Anier Montrelle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 10 minutes, Baltasar Jax mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carranza and the Vinará players grew even worse after the yellow card. Baltasar Jax hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Vinará's Celedonio Urtungo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 11th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Carranza. Adolfo Bizi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adolfo Bizi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santos Sesuldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hilario Eufemio in the 31st minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Vinará's Hilario Eufemio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Santos Sesuldo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vinará's Celedonio Urtungo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Santos Sesuldo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 39th minute, Leandro Acevedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hilario Eufemio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santos Sesuldo having to interfere. In the 48th minute of the match, Erubiel Rodriguez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Antonio Ferrer saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

62 minutes into the game, Cayetano Feo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carranza's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vinará the free kick. Cayetano Feo kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Vinará's Antonio Ferrer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Acevedo in the 64th minute of play. In the 68th match minute, Vinará was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Braulio Gomesano to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Vinará defense, Erubiel Rodriguez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Antonio Ferrer. The Vinará fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Antonio Ferrer should have stopped the shot. Carranza's Santos Sesuldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilario Eufemio in the 73rd minute of play. A collision led to Carranza getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Baltasar Jax hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the game, one of Vinará:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Carranza's Santos Sesuldo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Carranza from getting a goal against them. An unexpected shot in the 86th minute by Hilario Eufemio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Leandro Acevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 99 minutes, Celedonio Urtungo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vinará and the Carranza players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 98th minute of the game. One of Vinará:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Carranza:s goal. Venancio Rafel walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Carranza were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Vinará for a fine match.
