Passo's Moises Rosio got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Passo's zone, Aureliano Fonso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Abalos came out of the goal and Aureliano Fonso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vinicio Froila made a kick off. Prospero Gutxi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Rosio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Prospero Gutxi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Rosio, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 65 minutes into the game, Passo's Wilfredo Basualdo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
