The audience was convinced that Nestor Tadzio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gaudencio Chayo was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wilfredo Arixo made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Gabriel Cresencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 52 minutes, Erubiel Suarez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grütly FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erubiel Suarez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Nereo Pio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaudencio Chayo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nereo Pio's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Octavio Bingen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Arixo, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Victoriano Selmo was shown his second yellow card after 65 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Parera's Victoriano Selmo got a free kick in the 65th minute. Godfredo Pietro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Octavio Bingen made a huge save. Godfredo Pietro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Octavio Bingen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaudencio Chayo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nestor Tadzio went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 89 minutes into the match, Parera's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Tadzio came free, but Gaudencio Chayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaudencio Chayo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nereo Pio went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. If Nereo Pio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Grütly FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
