The audience was convinced that Fermin Vermudo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Feliberto Raebert was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After having played for 19 minutes, Santiago Eriz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bowen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Santiago Eriz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Julio Bilintx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Feliberto Raebert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Bowen's goal looked a bit too open when Fermin Vermudo came free, but Feliberto Raebert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Payogastilla FC's Gogo Jerico got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gogo Jerico to strike the kick off in the second half. Carolo Lamberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Eriz in the 54th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Payogastilla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Bilintx came free, but Carolo Lamberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 60 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Payogastilla FC! In the 61st minute there was a penalty for Bowen. Gregorio Sidoro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Carolo Lamberto. 1-0. In the 64th minute, Julio Bilintx got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Payogastilla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Bilintx came free, but Carolo Lamberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 68 minutes, Gogo Jerico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Payogastilla FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gogo Jerico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 74th minute Santiago Eriz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carolo Lamberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Payogastilla FC's Carolo Lamberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julio Bilintx in the 81st minute of play. In the 83rd minute of the match Santo Kauldi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carolo Lamberto skillfully saved the ball. Carolo Lamberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julio Bilintx, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 90th minute, Santiago Eriz made a precise shot to the right of Carolo Lamberto. Payogastilla FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Victor Gutierrez kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Julio Bilintx recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Bowen had won after a very even match.
